I explore the intuitive process with mixed media collage. Each painting becomes a journey of marks, texture, colour, and composition which in the end, comes to its own conclusion.
My 12″ x 12″ abstract art is painted on gallery canvas with a 1.5-inch depth. All my mixed media collage paintings are created with many different layers of professional grade acrylic paints and mediums. I also incorporate my own hand -crafted collage papers, text, and images, to achieve the desired effect. I finish all my art pieces with at least 2-3 layers of acrylic medium for extra protection and easier care.
